充電池は電池切れの状態で市内13か所の資源回収拠点へ持ち込む。電極がむき出しの場合はテープで絶縁し、膨らんで中の電池部分が見えるものは電池部分が見えなくなるよう絶縁する。取り外しが難しい製品は無理に分解せず、小型家電回収箱へ入れる。

テレビ・冷蔵庫(冷凍庫)・洗濯機(衣類乾燥機)・エアコンは、まず販売店へ引取りを依頼します。販売店が不明な場合は、家電リサイクル券を用意して指定引取場所へ持ち込むか、市へ収集を依頼します。リサイクル料金が必要で、持込み以外は収集運搬料金もかかります。
